cranberry sauce casserole

1 cup cranberry sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoon orange or grapefruit juice
1 Tablespoon butter
1 can of luncheon meat
Butter baking dish and place slightly cooked sliced sweet potatoes or carrots in bowl. I use about four sweet potatoes but if you haven't that many,you can add carrots to fill half of bowl.  Plus,you can use carrots instead of sweet potato.
Cut up luncheon meat or leftover ham and mix with veggies.
In separate pan,put juice,cranberry sauce,sugar and butter.let it come to boil and then let is simmer five minutes. Cutting up cranberry sauce with spoon.  Pour sauce over veggies and meat. Bake 350 for 30 minu tes.
