Mom Sherman's special mashed potatoes

Recently my husband and I traveled home for thanksgiving.  I noticed my mother in law making mashed potatoes a day before the dinner.  Her recipe is so delicious I had to let my readers in on it.

Peel and boil 5 pounds of potatoes
drain and add
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese

mash and put in serving dish that can go in oven
THAT'S IT!  You can serve it immediately or put in fridge for the next day.  You just warm it in the oven at 350 degrees for bit and serve with a sprig of parsley for garnish!  How easy is that?  It is absolutely delicious and you never tasted anything like it!
