Mayonnaise Chocolate Cocoa cookies

This is a rich cookie, you might only want to eat one! But they are delicious. The secret is to let the baked cookies cool for 15 minutes before touching them. They are crumbly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
lightly grease cookie pans

1 1/3 cup sugar
½ cup  baking cocoa
1/4  cup cooking oil
2 cups flour
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups chocolate chips [optional]
½ cup crushed walnuts [optional]

mix well and shape into small walnut sized balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and press with fork gently. Bake for 14 minutes
