From Ramen noodles to Beef Stroganoff
Ramen Beef Stroganoff
Follow directions for cooking noodles, except don’t use the flavor packet. [save it for soup later] Let water drain off in a colander.
An envelope of dry gravy is rather inexpensive. Take a small amt of ground turkey or beef and fry it up. Use about half a pound or even less if that is too much for your budget. It’s for protein.
Mix the gravy and beef and pour it over noodles! As we all know, beef stroganoff is served in fine restaurants so, you are eating like a king! This goes good with a salad or green beans too.
Ramen Pasta and Tomatoes
Heat a can of diced tomatoes or leftover sauce. Prepare ramen noodles without the flavor packet. Let the noodles cook for six minutes. Pour tomatoes over noodles and sprinkle on parmesan cheese!

Once again, omit the flavor packet. Drain noodles. Let pasta get cold and cut it up with fork and knife. Add some mayonnaise, salt and pepper, your favorite veggies [I dice up onions, add peas, tuna fish] and mix.

Cook the noodles, and omit flavor packet. Drain noodles and add cheese. Shredded cheese, parmesan, sharp cheese, or whatever you have. The cheese is the protein.
Ramen Vegetable Surprise
Frozen vegetables can be so versatile. Make up the noodles and drain off the water. You need only put in half the flavor packet. Add a cup of frozen vegetables. I thaw the veggies first, and microwave them for 30 seconds. Sprinkle with a little cheese on top if you like, it’s amazing
