How to make ground turkey into sausage

I found this out when I accidently bought ground turkey and not sausage. They were both in a plastic package. I remembered that Jesus turned water into wine and thought, ‘didn’t he say we would be able to do greater things than this?’ I looked up what goes into sausage. Thyme, savory, anise, I had none of that. I did have Italian seasoning though.

SHERYL’S TURKEY SAUSAGE

1 lb. ground turkey
2 garlic cloves minced
½ tsp paprika
2 tsp Italian mixed seasoning
½ tsp onion powder [or very finely minced onion about ¼ cup]

Mix it up and fry it off!

Actually, I watch the cost of ground beef verses ground turkey. Many times you can buy ground turkey in a tube in the frozen section and it’s a dollar cheaper per pound than beef. Goes well with pancakes, Shermie drizzles syrup over it and never knows the difference.
