Here are the ingredients
Half gallon of vanilla ice cream
2 boxes of lemon pudding
60 buttery snack crackers [suck as Keebler’s town house, or Ritz, you can buy store brand and it works just fine]
½ stick of butter
Mix together the crackers and the butter and line the bottom of a large glass baking dish with the mixture. This is the crust.
In another big bowl, put softened ice cream and two boxes of dry pudding mix. Mix them together well. Put mixture on top of the cracker crust. Put in freezer overnight, or for about four hours.
Cover with whipped topping just before serving. Cut into squares and serve.
