Ice Cream dessert with buttery cracker crust!

This is a recipe I got from a friend while in Mexico. The name she gave it was ‘Yummy Dessert’ and it’s the perfect name! It’s summer and if you look at the price of Ice Cream cake, you will get depressed. But wait, this recipe is delicious and you can decorate it. You have to just be creative.
Here are the ingredients

Half gallon of vanilla ice cream
2 boxes of lemon pudding
60 buttery snack crackers [suck as Keebler’s town house, or Ritz, you can buy store brand and it works just fine]
½ stick of butter
Whipped topping

Mix together the crackers and the butter and line the bottom of a large glass baking dish with the mixture. This is the crust.

In another big bowl, put softened ice cream and two boxes of dry pudding mix. Mix them together well. Put mixture on top of the cracker crust. Put in freezer overnight, or for about four hours.

Cover with whipped topping just before serving. Cut into squares and serve.

Sheryl’s kitchen prayer
‘Dear God before I make this dish
I bow my heart in prayer
Don’t let me fail in forgetfulness
To add each ingredient here

Fill this home with thankfulness
And let this portion be
A token of your faithfulness
To one of your own, that’s me

Let those who taste this sweet delight
Be blessed of Lord I pray
Keep my cooking in your sight
Let this be fun today!
