Banana Milkshakes help in the summer heat!

In times when we are sweating in the heat, it's easy to lose potassium. Side effects are muscle cramps in legs and nausea, weakness. I give Shermy homemade banana milkshakes. Mix in blender, 2 soft bananas, 3 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla, and 2 cups milk. Makes 2 milkshakes. Not good for those who are lactose intolerant but for Jeff it is perfect!

Did you know that there is less sugar in whole milk than low fat milk? Plus, there are good fats and bad fats. For this reason, I use whole milk.

You can substitute regular ice cream for frozen yogurt, but it's high the caloric intake.
