Do you like to love?

In the business world today, nothing is done without a price. We have learned to do things so that we will receive. Yet, here I am speaking about love.

For many of us the subject conjures up romance or sex. Yet, today I am speaking about a fondness and strong desire to bless another without expecting anything in return. .

It is easy to love those who love you back. It is far greater to pour love out without worry of it being returned. We are created to be able to give out. For some, it has turned bitter. Yet, the greatest medicine for a hurting destroyed heart is to be loving to others. With God's help and guidance we can pour ourselves out daily and yet be more refreshed each day. For it's His love within us that allows us to want to pour it out.

Our flesh can only understand love that is returned. Yet, when our eyes are on Jesus we see in the spirit. He knew that the road to freedom within us is to love others. That is why He compelled us to love. It is written all over the bible to love others greater than yourself.

It's easy to love a cuddly baby or a sweet pet animal. Yet, what about those who aren't so lovable?

Yet, I am telling you today that to pour your words and actions out in love is the greatest freedom a person can ever have. When we do not expect or require anything in return, we see the greatest gift is in the giving.

John 13:34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another."
